ivyclip ist die erste flexible Haarklammer, entwickelt aus einem innovativen Material. Kein Drücken beim Autofahren, chillen auf der Couch oder im Bett. Unser Ziel : ein Fashion-Accessoire, das man jeden Tag tragen möchte.

Wir launchen mit einem starken Fokus auf Social Media, Community und Creator-Marketing.

Aufgaben

  • Eigenes Creator-Sein : Du lebst selbst die Creator-Welt und produzierst kreativen Content für ivyclip. (ca. 50% der Tätigkeit)
  • Strategie entwickeln : Aufbau und Umsetzung unserer Influencer- & Creator-Marketing-Strategie (TikTok, Instagram, ggf. YouTube / Threads).
  • Creator-Relations : Aktive Ansprache und Pflege von Fashion- und Lifestyle-Creator Beziehungen (gratis Produkte bzw. paid Kampagnen).
  • Content & Kampagnen : Entwicklung von kreativen Kooperationen, die sich nicht wie Ads anfühlen, sondern einfach Sinn machen.

Qualifikation

  • Du bist selbst Creator (Fashion / Lifestyle) oder warst es in der Vergangenheit.
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Influencer-Marketing, Social Media oder Community Management.
  • Du kennst TikTok & Instagram sehr gut (Trends, Formate, Creator-Ökosystem).
  • Du hast kreative Ideen und setzt Dinge gerne um.
  • Plus : Bereits bestehendes Netzwerk in der deutschen Creator- / Fashion-Szene.
  • Du hast 10-20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit.
