Input Specialist

As an Input Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing purchase requisitions, creating work and purchase orders, and ensuring the efficient receipt and quality assurance of parts and materials. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of product quality and performance, as well as supporting the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities :

• Receive and review purchase requisitions.
• Create work orders and purchase orders.
• Receive parts and materials.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to review product quality and performance.
• Discuss and resolve issues related to defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, vendors, and others.
• Expedite delivery of goods to users.
• Print drawings, travelers, and part lists.
• Collaborate with Leads and Manager of Operations to schedule work completion to meet customer delivery dates.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled.

Work Environment :

The role requires working Monday through Friday from 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm, with no overtime required while on contract. However, overtime may be expected upon direct hire. You will spend 6-8 hours per day at a computer, focusing on data entry for parts and projects. Our facility offers a structured and focused work setting, ensuring you can perform your tasks efficiently.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
