Restorative Aide

Regalcare at New London is looking for a reliable and energetic Restorative Aide to join our crew. If you’re all about helping residents stay active, independent, and feeling their best, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do :

Assist residents with restorative programs and mobility exercises

Work closely with nursing + therapy teams to support care plans

Document progress and keep communication clear and consistent

Encourage residents and help create a positive, motivating environment

Make sure safety is always the priority

What You’ll Need :

Prior experience as a Restorative Aide or CNA is helpful

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patience, positivity, and good vibes in general

Ability to follow care plans and stay organized throughout the shift
