  • Full-time permanent position
  • Monday through Friday work schedule; potential for 4 / 8s
  • Experience with high acuity patients and substance abuse is preferred
  • Competitive base salary, bonuses, and full benefits package; make $300k+ in the first year
  • Join several providers; must be dual-boarded IM or FM with psych training
  • Quality patient census of no more than 10 patients per day
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, 20 days of PTO, and all major holidays off
