  • Assignment Length : 13-week travel nurse contract (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend and holiday required)\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2140 - $2290\n
  • Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : ICU 1 : 2 / 3, Telemetry 1 : 3 / 5, ER 1 : 3 / 5\n
  • Orientation : 12–24 hours per unit, adjusted as needed\n

    • \n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Minnesota RN license required\n
  • Minimum 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience\n
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)\n
  • Proficiency with EPIC or other EMR systems (please specify in application)\n
  • Willingness to float to Telemetry, ER / Observatory, and CCU units as needed\n
  • Skilled in responding to code blue calls and managing critical care equipment (artlines, ventilators, bipap, cardiac monitoring)\n
  • Must wear navy blue scrubs\n
  • Former Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission\n

  • Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients\n
  • Respond to code blue calls and perform advanced life support interventions\n
  • Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, bipap, and cardiac monitoring devices\n
  • Float to Telemetry, ER / Observatory, and CCU units as needed\n
  • Document patient care using EPIC or other EMR systems\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Participate in unit-specific training and orientation programs\n
