Were not looking for a paper pusher. Were looking for a Mortgage Processorwho thrives on results, takes ownership, and knows how to drive a file from application to closing with precision and urgency.

Location :

Monmouth County, NJ This is an on-site position. No remote work.

What Youll Do :

Manage and process residential mortgage loan files from start to finish
Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
Keep the pipeline moving efficiently

What You Bring :

A results-driven personality you take initiative and get things done

Strong knowledge of residential mortgage processing and compliance

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

What Were NOT Looking For :

Someone who just checks boxes

Passive processors who wait for direction

Anyone looking for remote work this role is 100% in-office
