Job Description :

The Administrative Specialist will handle the preparation and review of transaction documents, coordinate with external offices, and maintain organized records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review real estate and mortgage transaction documents.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of files.
• Coordinate with court reporting offices and other external contacts as needed.
• Support the full lifecycle of mortgage and real estate transactions.
• Maintain organized records and ensure processes are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
