Laboratory Assistant – Understanding Systems around Inventions and Intellectual Property : People Processes and Patents

Position Summary

Seeking a self-motivated and organized contractual employee with a background in intellectual property. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Available 15-20 hours per week.

Essential Job Duties

Research, write, and collaborate with co-author to integrate business / economic elements into the contracted book "Understanding Systems around Inventions and Intellectual Property : People, Processes and Patents" for River Publishers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Engineering background (Mechanical and Biomedical) with non-engineering background IP coursework.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate multifaceted ideas and listen to ideas from others.
• Systematize copious amounts of content to create rules, patterns, and guidelines for analysis.
• Engage with others respectfully.
