Financial Compliance Analyst - Third Party

Financial Compliance Analyst position open in Greenville for an experienced finance or banking analyst or auditor with loan and vendor compliance and testing experience . This is a direct hire position with an on-site schedule. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of consumer lending laws, such as TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc /

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in
• Loans / Credit Card Compliance Audit and Testing
• Experience in
• third party or vendor compliance audit and risk testing (regulatory requirements)
• Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z)
