A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver or CNA, you'll be one of the most important parts of our residents' daily lives. You'll assist with activities of daily living, help implement care plans, provide encouragement, and ensure each resident feels respected and cared for. You'll enhance the lives of older adults every day through patience, empathy, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and mealtime.
• Support residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with nursing staff.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for all.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in senior living or healthcare (preferred but not required).
• CNA certification or relevant caregiver experience.
• A compassionate heart and a commitment to resident well-being.
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
