This role is located at our Santa Clara Headquarters Campus 3 days a week.

Your Career

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling AI-powered platforms. In this role, you will help shape the future of our agentic platform by leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) techniques to tackle complex, large-scale challenges and deliver impactful customer experiences.

As a technical leader, you will take full ownership of key product features—leading architecture, design, and implementation—while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in guiding the technical vision of our platform. We highly value innovation, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership, and we are looking for someone who thrives on pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with secure, cloud-native, and scalable AI agents.

The role location is at our Santa Clara Headquarters Campus 3 days a week.

Your Impact

• Responsible for the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment and support
• Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable Python / Go lang code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers
• Participate actively and contribute to design and development discussions
• Develop solid understanding and be able to explain advanced Cloud Computing and Cloud Security concepts to others
• Be able to clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal project teams

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $156000 - $21500 / YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
