Seasonal Nurse Practitioner CT

A company is looking for a Seasonal Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based obesity care through telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a high level of clinical care and patient experience

Conduct initial patient interactions and prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy

Support a clinical treatment paradigm tailored for obese patients

Required Qualifications

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialties)

Active, unrestricted license in CT, DC, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, RI, VT, VA

Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in a telehealth setting

Willingness to follow state regulations for collaboration agreements

Shifts scheduled between 8 : 00 am and 10 pm EST
