Role :

The Influencer Marketing Campaign Associate, internally known as the Brand Success Manager, is responsible for the successful execution of Linqia's influencer marketing programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client management, and operational execution to ensure high-quality campaign performance and client satisfaction.

The Brand Success Manager is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing end-to-end campaign execution while balancing client needs, influencer partnerships, and internal team coordination. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable success.

The Brand Success Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities :

Act as principal liaison between client, agency, and Linqia internal teams to :

• Partner with Fortune 500 brands to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.
• Support and facilitate content ideation, development, and delivery to align with campaign objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing onboarding and overall campaign experience.
• Track social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and generate impact-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Gain a deep understanding of client product and marketing goals to proactively propose campaign content, strategy, and optimization ideas.
• Own and facilitate all aspects of the Linqia campaign planning, execution, and analysis process for clients. Including managing campaign calendar, monitoring and optimizing campaign results, writing creative briefs, and developing campaign analysis reports.
• Identify trends to enhance the overall client experience and to improve team efficiency.
