Senior Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their established Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple strategic enterprise implementations of the platform within Salesforce environments

Develop custom project plans and drive customer communications throughout the implementation lifecycle

Provide consultative insights and lead customers through Salesforce technical configuration and best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in implementation management or a related role within large enterprises

Strong Salesforce administrative and configuration experience, with certification preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience in designing and leading training or enablement activities

Knowledge of change management approaches and familiarity with related industry companies is a plus
