Growth Orthopedics is hiring a full-time, remote Staff Accountant for our expanding Finance department. This individual must be located in CST or EST time zones.

POSITION SUMMARY :

As our team continues to expand, Growth Orthopedics is seeking a Staff Accountant to work in a dynamic environment supporting local Orthopedic Practices and the corporate MSO headquarters. We are looking for long-term team members who will embrace the company’s ethics and can assist us in our continued planning and execution of our Strategic and Operational plans.

This position reports directly to the Growth Orthopedics Vice President of Accounting Operations and works collaboratively with assigned Practice Administrators to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, respond to accounting-related inquiries, and ensure financial data integrity. The role also offers significant exposure to experienced physician partners and executive team members of the MSO.

Education

Required : Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics.

Experience

• Minimum of five years’ accounting experience.
• Sage Intacct software experience highly preferred.
• Healthcare financial management experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions preferred.

CPA track is desired, but not required
