About Us : Our facility is a 107-bed, all-private, Joint Commission-accredited center. We offer a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including :

    • Position Overview : As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, adhering to the highest standards of practice. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Implementing care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments
  • Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities
  • Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care
  • Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Decisive judgment and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment

    • Minimum Qualifications :

    Education :

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Certifications :

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 days of hire
  • Handle With Care (HWC) within 6 months of hire

    • Licenses :

  • Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Kentucky. New Graduates may work under a KY provisional license for up to 6 months, with the expectation of obtaining an RN license within that timeframe.
