Job descriptionPerform fast, repetitive movements with hands and arms. Work safely with sharp tools, industrial machinery, and equipment that may emit steam. Maintain close-range visual focus for precision work. Tolerate a medium-noise environment and use required safety equipment. Frequently lift, carry, push, and / or pull up to 50 lbs. Regularly squat, kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, twist / turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward. Sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day. Experience : 2+ years of embroidery or related production work preferred. Skills : Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in quality. Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Job Summary
The Embroidery Operator is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products, primarily hats, using industrial embroidery equipment. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and operate Tajima embroidery machines in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima embroidery machines to complete embroidery projects on a variety of materials, primarily hats.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper use of embroidery tools and supplies.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Schedule : The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am until 5 : 30 pm.
