Job Summary :

Americo is seeking a full-time System Systems Analyst to join our team! This position processes complex policy transactions on our policy administration systems, trouble shoots system problems, and handles routing system processing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle complex policy transactions on the policy administration system (L70, Vantage, RPS, DSS, Oracle, etc.)
• Assist with evaluating unique or complex installations and make resolution recommendations
• Respond to end-user inquiries and provide support
• Execute test plans for routine system testing
• Assist with developing business requirements for simple modifications and for IT projects
