Indiana Nursing Job Details Location : Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 (Greater Louisville area) Healthcare Setting : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Type : Locum Tenens / Travel Nursing Start Date : October 12, 2025 End Date : January 10, 2026 Assignment Duration : 13 weeks Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (6 : 45pm – 7 : 15am), every other weekend Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary : $1950 - $2000 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient or acute care RN experience (ICU nursing experience preferred) Current certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Proficiency with Epic EMR Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required ICU Nurse Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of ICU patients, ensuring high-quality clinical care Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor and document patient responses to nursing interventions; adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and at discharge Delegate nursing tasks appropriately to licensed and non-licensed staff; mentor and precept team members Participate in hospital quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational healthcare policies Apply now to join our healthcare team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
