We’re looking for an experienced Service Leader to join our Tremonton location. This role is a key leadership position within our service department, focused on driving results, building strong teams, and delivering best-in-class customer service.

What You’ll Do :
Lead the day-to-day operations of the service department
Motivate and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve KPIs
Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer care
Partner with fixed operations leadership to achieve profitability goals
Build long-term relationships with customers through trust and service excellence
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 3–5 years of dealership service management experience (required, verifiable references)
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPI goals
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
