Animal Hospital of East Davie is looking for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative to become the newest member of our crew.
As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease , and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively .
What You'll Do :
- Manage the flow of appointments and ensure a smooth, organized client experience.
- Communicate with clients by phone and in person, scheduling boarding and grooming services, answering questions, and providing exceptional service.
- Handle pets safely and confidently - helping with check-ins, placing dogs in their kennels, assisting with playtimes, and keeping laundry caught up.
- Work efficiently at the front desk, processing payments, managing records, and supporting the medical team as needed.
You'll shine here if you've worked in a veterinary, grooming, or boarding setting and understand the importance of clear, compassionate communication.
Schedule : This is a Part-Time position, seeking someone to work 12 pm to 6 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and alternating weekends.
