Job Description

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems. Conduct regular inspections of building systems and common areas to ensure safety and compliance. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies, including after-hours calls. Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs and projects. Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
