A company is looking for a Merchant Maintenance II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily assignment queue for ticket handling and process merchant and agent requests
Maintain accurate records and communicate with partners and staff to coordinate maintenance requests
Support department-related projects and ensure daily workload completion
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2+ years of experience with software user interfaces, preferably in merchant processing
Experience with data entry and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces accurately
Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the payments space
