Job Description :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talentedProgram Directorto join our team! In this role you will get to be the central point of contact for the customer supporting a high performing / high tempo Army logistics program management organization. You will be responsible for the accountability, sustainability, maintainability, quality and efficiency of a program with global reach.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Be responsible for representing Parsons to the client and ensuring your high performing team is exceeding client expectations related to cost, schedule, and performance
• Lead staff through complex global Army logistics challenges
• Manage subject matter leads including logisticians, operations managers, engineers, and technical field service representatives
• Assign responsibility for executing project plan activities to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths
• Be accountable for all program deliverables and quality oversight
• Perform program risk management responsibilities
• Participate in recruiting and hiring activities
• Help Parsons grow the business with this key client
• Manage subcontractors
• Be responsible for P&L with minimal oversight
• Manage dedicated company support leads to facilitate operation of the support
