AT Clinical / Lab Preparation and Document Assistant

The successful applicant will assist Athletic Training faculty and staff members with lab setup for classes and maintaining the AT labs including stocking / inventory of equipment and supplies and upkeep of the Swim. Ex. The student employee will also assist AT faculty and staff with administrative tasks as needed. These efforts require good communication and customer service with the customer poised to be faculty, students, and on campus and off campus clinical sites. Specific Duties : - Compiling data using excel and other database software - Participate in set up and cleanup of AT clinical / laboratory classes under the direction of an AT faculty member. - Monitor AT classroom / lab inventory and stock classrooms with supplies as needed - Assist with general departmental needs. - - This is a pooled position.
