Job descriptionDoctor of medicine (MD) degree or a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree. Completion of IM residency at point of hire; Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in internal medicine, or board eligible; Active medical license to practice in the state of Wyoming, or ability to obtain; Exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding research and analytical skills. An interest in regenerative medicine is a bonus. Sign-On Bonus : $100,000 Health Insurance : The company covers 100% of health insurance premiums, including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, and Life Insurance coverage. Supplemental Insurance : Employees have voluntary access to additional policies such as hospital, cancer coverage, accident insurance, and voluntary life through a supplemental provider. Job Description :
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of adult diseases and medical conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their unique medical needs.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle changes to improve patient health.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide preventive care services, such as screenings, immunizations, and health counseling.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health systems.
