Opportunity Summary

Silver Lining ABA is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children with developmental disabilities. This is an entry-level opportunity offering consistent full-time hours , paid training , and full benefits -no prior experience required! You'll be fully prepared for success through two weeks of hands-on training led by experienced BCBAs and Program Managers.

New hires begin with 40 hours / week of in-clinic work , receive three raise opportunities within their first year , and are supported in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and eventually Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through paid certification and fieldwork hours.

Position Requirements
