Job Description

Platte Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) for a travel assignment. The RN will perform independent and delegated medical functions in accordance with state nursing standards and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Provide health teaching, counseling, and restorative therapy
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor treatment plans
• Document care per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Float to other departments as needed (within scope of practice)
• May be placed on-call during scheduled shifts
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health
