Position : Civil Engineer Practice Leader

Location : Murfreesboro, TN

Duration : Full-time permanent

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000 / DOE

Job Description :

The Practice Leader will oversee the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial and residential development projects. This position will be responsible for expanding the civil practice and collaborating in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public and private projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead business development efforts to expand practice locally
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, including design of land development projects and managing office staff
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Manage clients and the internal team to ensure all project goals and deadlines are met
• Supervise project lifecycles from conception to completion
• Coordinate business development with other internal departments and offices
• Create and adhere to budgets, projections, and forecasting
• Serve as subject matter expert in site design
• Perform additional related duties as needed
