Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Tamaqua, PA, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team full-time.

What You'll Do :

Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve their function, mobility, and quality of life

Monitor resident progress and provide feedback to the therapy and nursing teams

Help train and educate residents and caregivers on safe, effective strategies for daily living

Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Need :

Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus, but not required
