Position Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies used in label printing production. This role ensures that all materials are received, stored, issued, and reported accurately in accordance with company procedures. This position supports daily production activities and plays a key role in minimizing material waste, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining data accuracy in the ERP system.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory of raw materials (paper, film, adhesives, inks, dies, cores, cartons, and labels).
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts and participate in monthly physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and correct material discrepancies or transaction errors within the ERP system (e.g., LabelTraxx).
• Maintain material traceability through proper labeling, lot tracking, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) usage.
• Ensure inventory records comply with company and California labor safety guidelines.
