Registered Nurse (Pediatrics Experience)

People‘s Health Center is always looking to hire Registered Nurses with Pediatrics experience . In addition to the duties listed, all opportunities require a passion to serve the community.

This position is responsible for; planning organizing, and directing daily activities. Observes techniques of and services rendered by nursing staff and provides nursing care for patients in department. Provides training and direction to new employees. Identifies problem areas in department such as understaffing, absenteeism and wastefulness and takes corrective action. Monitors use of supplies and equipment to avoid abuse and orders supplies as needed.

Must hold current Missouri license; have a minimum of two years recent experience in large physicians network / office to include pediatrics; possess strong leadership skills; at least one year experience in outpatient clinic or community health center in internal medicine and women’s health and must possess a CPR Certification.
