Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.

• Assemble, weld, polish, package, or inspect products according to company standards and specifications.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to address issues or concerns.

• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tools.

• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

• Prior experience in metal manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.

• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• May involve exposure to noise, dust, or heat.

• Standing and moving for long periods during shifts.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
