Job Title : Seasonal Driver

FLSA Status : Temporary, Full Time - non-exempt

Reports to : Corps Officers

Schedule : Varies, Full Time

Supervises : N / A

Rate of Pay : $18 / hour

Closing Date : 10 / 03 / 2025

Benefits : Temporary; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following :

• Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire)

Function :

This position is for a Seasonal Driver for 2025 Christmas season (November 3-December 31). They will work in close cooperation with the Corps Officer and other leaders to support the total ministry of The Salvation Army by helping to aid in the transportation and driving of goods and persons related to the annual Red Kettle Fundraising Campaign and Toy Distribution.

Minimum High School Diploma

Ability to work with a diverse population in a professional manner building relationships

If the position requires driving :

A minimum age of 21 (for insurance provision) and possession of a valid in-state driver’s license is required.

Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial (every two years) background check that is processed in accordance with The Salvation Army’s policies.
