Job Title : RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location : Toledo, OH 43606

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00pm - 07 : 30am)

Requirements & Qualifications :

Position / Specialty : Observation – Observation Unit

Ratios : 1 : 4 all shifts

Years of experience REQ : 2 years - Must be familiar with intermediate medication gtts (ie : heparin, nitro, cardizem, insulin, etc)

Charge Experience Required

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes

Weekend REQ : Yes – every other

Certs REQ : ACLS, BCLS, and NIH

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req?

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.

FLOAT UNITS : Neuro / Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro / Vascular, Observation

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : No

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? No local travelers 50 miles or less

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) : No

RTO Restrictions : Greater than 7 days will require Management approval
