General Counsel – Experienced Generalist Attorney

A well-established corporation is seeking a General Counsel with 20+ years of broad legal experience in corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a top 50 law school and has a proven track record in a large law firm (50+ attorneys) handling a wide range of corporate, compliance, and strategic legal issues.

Key Qualifications :

J.D. from a top 50 law school

Licensed to practice law in the State of California and in good standing

20+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate and transactional law

Background in a firm with at least 50 attorneys

Strong business litigation, negotiation, contract drafting, and risk management skills

Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership

Compensation & Work Structure :

Salary Range : $300,000 – $400,000 plus benefits (full-time)

Part-time and remote options may be available
