Helpdesk Specialist

Position is based out of Jacksonville, Fl and it is a hybrid role. Tuesday and Thursday in the office and remainder offsite. Position is an on call so flexibility is key and will be known what on call schedule will be. Helpdesk specialist looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable helpdesk specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to users, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
