We are seeking a motivated and results-focused Senior Sales Manager for Video to join our sales team at Jabra. As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the growth of Jabra's video collaboration portfolio in North America. This role focuses on acquiring new white space customers, serving as an overlay specialist to global and regional sales teams, and enabling channel managers to expand video sales across partner ecosystems. The position requires a skilled sales leader who can balance direct customer acquisition by building client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and effectively positioning Jabra's video solutions as the ideal choice with partner enablement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new white space customers across enterprise, education, healthcare, SMB, and commercial sectors.
• Identify, target, and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach to meet and surpass the sales objectives established by the organization.
• Act as a video overlay specialist, supporting global and regional account teams in developing and closing opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and pain points and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
• Present engaging executive summaries and proposals to guide customer choices and promote quicker acceptance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, with our partners, ensuring they align with client expectations and Jabra's pricing strategies.
• Provide overlay support to channel managers, enabling partners to position and sell Jabra video solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships through regular communication and skillful co-selling and service.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and channel teams to deliver enablement programs, demand generation campaigns, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and ensure sales governance compliance through CRM systems.
• Share valuable insights and customer feedback to inform market strategies and product innovation.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for the sales management team.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Jabra Information and expand brand visibility.
