Estimated Weekly Pay : $1570 - $1680

Orientation : Bi-weekly

Self-Scheduling : Available via "When to Work" app

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (unless working opposite a weekender)

Dress Code : Navy Blue Scrubs or HRMC t-shirts (no hoodie sweatshirts)

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – North Carolina or compact state

Minimum 2-3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience

At least 1 year of travel nursing experience preferred

Required Certifications : ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIH Stroke

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Ability to efficiently and safely care for a diverse patient population

Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a 17-bed Emergency Department

Manage a patient ratio of 1 : 4, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients

Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes

Document all care and interventions using the ED Paragon EHR system

Participate in self-scheduling and maintain flexibility to support department needs

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures
