This role will lead commercial strategy and performance across a defined region, with responsibility for revenue, field execution, personal territory sales, team development, and customer engagement. The ideal leader brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with direct experience selling capital equipment into clinical or aesthetic practices and developing high-performing sales teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that accelerates growth and expands market share in medical aesthetics
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of sales and clinical professionals to consistently exceed revenue and adoption goals
- Identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new business opportunities and drive regional performance
- Strengthen partnerships with key physicians, practice owners, and aesthetic stakeholders through field engagement and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with marketing, training, and leadership teams to optimize product education, onboarding, forecasting, and regional resource allocation
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus, showcasing your commitment to continuous growth
- 7+ years of success in capital equipment or medical device sales, medical aesthetics experience ideal, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams
- Proven track record of exceeding targets, developing top talent, and driving market expansion
- Exceptional ability to influence physician decision-making and thrive in complex clinical sales environments
- Polished communicator and persuasive presenter with strong negotiation skills
- Energized by field leadership—comfortable traveling across the region to inspire teams and strengthen customer partnerships
