Education Requirement : BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.Experience : Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.Required Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start | For Critical Care Units : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Within 6 Months | For Pediatric Units : Pediatric Advanced Life Support- Within 6 Months | For Infusion Center Units : Obtain chemo card- within 3 months of hireRequired Licensure : Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse licensePreferred Qualifications :
