Job Description :
Job Title : Director of Community Based Services / Programs
The Director of Community Based Services / Programs is responsible for programmatic oversight, community-based programming, consumer satisfaction surveys, employee cross-training, shift coverage (as needed), crisis response, assessments and evaluations of individuals and program participants, as well as other related community integration / administrative functions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Education and Experience Requirement
Bachelors in human services field or similar is required
Masters degree is preferred
Minimum four (4) years supervisory experience
First Aid Certification required; Instructor level training preferred
Skills requirement
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to cultural sensitivity and diversity in the workplace
Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Hours
Full time Day, Evening, Weekends
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Must have customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current and valid drivers license
