Location : On-site in Riverview or Tampa, FL

What We Offer :

  • Competitive hourly base pay of $15.61, plus a $750 new hire bonus and potential bonuses exceeding $2,200!
  • Flexible scheduling options, whether you're seeking traditional weekday hours or weekend flexibility.
  • Night shifts are highly desired and come with a 10% shift differential for evening hours worked between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Your Role :

As a crucial member of our team, you will engage with customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and courtesy. You will :

  • Support customers with routine inquiries through telephone, email, chat, and written correspondence.
  • Utilize our computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist callers with filling out online applications for processing by plan providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Requirements :

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must speak and read English fluently and professionally.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
