Division President

Job Description

We have partnered with a National Leader in the electrical products manufacturing industry to identify a Division President to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a high-visibility role that will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate heavily with other Senior Leaders in the organization.

The Division President will be tasked with aligning operational excellence, people development, and digital transformation across the division, while also continuing to be an ambassador for safety, quality and fiscal discipline.

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a multi-brand portfolio while scaling growth to meet revenue goals. The company has experienced exponential growth over the past decade and is continuing to make strategic investments in technology and people.

Desired Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing
• MBA highly preferred
• Proven Senior Leadership experience in Industrial Manufacturing settings
• Proven Visionary with clear understand of Economic Climate and Conditions
