We are pleased that you wish to join the Dowling Catholic family. Please note that Dowling Catholic requires a background check through the Diocese of Des Moines for all new employees and volunteers. To complete the process, please ensure you :

• Read the Code of Conduct established by the Diocese of Des Moines, which provides a framework for ethical behavior.
• Complete the VIRTUS : Protecting God's Children online training. This training is mandatory and does not expire.
• Fill out the Diocese of Des Moines Background Screening Application (BSA), which requires a manual signature; electronic signatures are not accepted. Print and return the form.
• Print and return the DCHS Background Check Report.

Once you have completed the BSA, DCHS Background Check Report, and VIRTUS training, please send all documents to Katrina Chambliss at kchambliss@dowlingcatholic.org.
