We have an exciting part-time (28 hours / week) opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) to join an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Chesterton & Merrillville, Indiana .

In this unique role, you’ll focus on quality, outcomes, and prevention—not volume. Join a mission-driven team that’s redefining primary care by prioritizing physician autonomy, smaller patient panels, and whole-person wellness.
