Description :
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe and competent quality care.
Care is based on nursing theory and research.
The nurse is responsible for delivering patient care by incorporating the tenets of the professional practice model.
Patient care is delivered through the application of the nursing process based on theory, research, and evidence-based practice.
The nurse will assess and evaluate patient care needs.
Critical thinking skills are essential in patient care management.
The nurse integrates relevant assessment and intervention skills in the delivery of nursing care.
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team is crucial for developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care.

Nurses will manage assignments within the care delivery model.
