The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe and competent quality care.

Patient care is delivered through the application of the nursing process based on theory, research, and evidence-based practice.
The nurse will assess and evaluate patient care needs.

The nurse will demonstrate clinical skills and knowledge crucial to quality and safety.
