Job descriptionAnswering phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner. Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organized filing systems. Invoicing customers utilizing DBA Software and QuickBooks.
Accounting Assistant / Receptionist - 5 month contract with possibility of going Perm.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of clerical or financial experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing.
