Texas Licensed Associate Underwriter

A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter to support underwriting functions and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite new and renewal business and approve policy changes

Develop and maintain excellent client relationships while marketing company products

Monitor accounts for compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

College degree or relevant insurance experience

Three years of wholesale insurance experience or equivalent, with a current state-specific license

Commitment to a minimum of three years in the program

Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating

Ability to use company automation tools effectively
