Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM\n\n
• Every other weekend required\n\n
• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility\n\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n\n
• Cerner experience preferred\n\n
• Valid Alabama nursing license required\n\n
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process\n\n
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership\n\n
• Plan for safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department\n\n
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education\n\n
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience\n\n
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care\n\n
